I am a remedial massage therapist with a professional background in physiotherapy and over 10 years of experience working with the human body through hands-on therapy and manual treatment.
My passion is understanding how the body moves and how muscular tension, fascia and movement restrictions can influence comfort and everyday function. I take an individualised approach to every client, combining clinical knowledge with practical hands-on techniques to create treatments tailored to each person's needs.
I hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage and have extensive experience in manual therapy, with a particular interest in the musculoskeletal system, fascia and restoring healthy movement.
