​1. Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone/email, or in person. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent after booking. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

2. Cancellation & Late Arrivals

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked service fee may be charged.

• No-show: 100% of the booked service fee will be charged.

• Late arrival: Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. The full booked service fee still applies.

We understand unexpected circumstances can occur and will consider individual situations where appropriate. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due on the day of treatment unless prepaid. We accept EFTPOS, card and cash.

Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid services are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

If WR Clinic cancels a prepaid appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, medications or changes in your health before treatment.

If you are unwell or have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

WR Clinic may refuse, modify or stop treatment if it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Professional Conduct

All services are professional and therapeutic. Inappropriate behaviour, language, harassment or requests will not be tolerated.

The therapist may immediately end a session and refuse future bookings if professional boundaries are breached.

6. Client Responsibility & Liability

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.

While every reasonable care is taken to provide safe and effective treatment, individual responses to treatment may vary and no specific result can be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

7. Privacy

Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
